Malvazija
Description:
The Malvasia Classic is a fresh dry wine, lemon-coloured with the aroma of vineyard peach and white flowers. In the mouth it is soft, mineral, full of flavour and elegant. Vibrant freshness ensures balance and a long aftertaste. The wine goes perfectly with fish dishes.
Variety: 100 % malvasia
Vineyard: Log / Vipava Valley
Vinification process: After manual harvesting, the grapes are pressed and clarified using the flotation process. Controlled fermentation with yeasts in stainless steel tanks continues. This is followed by maturation on the sediment.
Ageing: 6 months on the lees in a stainless steel tank.
Serving temperature: 9–12 °C.

Description:
The Sauvignon Classic is a fresh dry wine, golden yellow in colour with the aroma of elderflower and acacia flower. It is soft and warm in the mouth, the minerality and especially the freshness underline its liveliness and elegance. In the aftertaste you can feel its refined characteristic typicity. The wine goes perfectly with risottos, pasta and dishes with asparagus.
Variety: 100 % sauvignon.
Vineyard: Log / Vipava Valley
Vinification process: After manual harvesting, the grapes are pressed and clarified using the flotation process. Controlled fermentation with yeast continues in a stainless steel tank. This is followed by maturation on the lees.
Ageing: 6 months on the lees in a stainless steel tank.
Serving temperature: 9–12 °C.

Malvazija selection
Description:
The Malvasia Selection is a mature dry wine, amber in colour with a characteristic aroma of ripe peaches and apricots, with honey notes and the aroma of burnt wood intertwining in the background. Slight tannins are felt in the mouth, it is soft and warm, has a stronger body and a longer aftertaste. Softer lactic acid and minerality ensure a balanced taste.
Variety: 100 % malvasia
Vineyard: Dobrava / Vipava Valley
Vinification process: After manual harvesting, the grapes are de-stalked and macerated for 5 to 10 days under controlled fermentation with yeasts. After maceration, the grapes are pressed and the controlled fermentation continues in a stainless steel tank. This is followed by ageing in wooden barrels.
Ageing: 12 months on the lees in oak barrels.
Serving temperature: 11–14 °C.

sivi pinot-selection
Description:
The Pinot Grigio Selection is a mature dry wine, copper in colour with a characteristic aroma of dried apricots and candied fruit, while honey notes and the aroma of burnt wood intertwine in the background. In the mouth, it feels fairly fresh and tannic, it feels soft and warm, has a stronger body and is slightly spicy. The wine goes perfectly with seafood, especially crab and various risottos.
Variety: 100% Pinot Grigio
Vineyard: Dobrava / Vipava Valley
Vinification process: After manual harvesting, the grapes are de-stalked and macerated for 5 to 10 days under controlled fermentation with yeasts. After maceration, the grapes are pressed and the controlled fermentation continues in a stainless steel tank. This is followed by ageing in wooden barrels.
Ageing: 6 months on the lees in a stainless steel tank.
Serving temperature: 9–12 °C.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Description:
The Cabernet Sauvignon Classic is a fairly fresh dry wine, ruby in colour with aromas of forest fruits and blackcurrants. The taste is intense, soft and warm, tannins and freshness are felt in the mouth. It is strong and long-lasting on the body. The wine goes perfectly with meat dishes, especially game.
Variety: 100% cabernet sauvignon
Vineyard: Leskovice / Vipava Valley
Vinification process: After manual harvesting, the grapes are de-stalked and macerated for eight days under controlled fermentation with yeasts. After maceration, the grapes are pressed and the controlled fermentation continues in a stainless steel tank. This is followed by maturation on the lees.
Ageing: 10 months on the lees in a stainless steel tank.
Serving temperature: 9–12 °C.


cabernet sauvignon
Description:

Cuveé-R Selection
Description:
The Cuvée-R Selection is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot: it is a mature dry wine, ruby in colour with aromas of plums, cherries and possibly dark chocolate, and in the background notes of vanilla, cloves and burnt wood intertwine. Strong tannins are felt in the mouth, it is broad and soft, rather warm, with a stronger body and a longer aftertaste. It has great character and elegance. It goes perfectly with complex meat dishes, game and various dishes with reductions.
Variety: 60% Merlot 40% Cabernet Sauvignon
Vineyard: Leskovice / Vipava Valley
Vinification process: After manual harvesting, the grapes are de-stalked and macerated for 10 to 12 days under controlled fermentation with yeasts. After maceration, the grapes are pressed and the controlled fermentation continues in a stainless steel tank. It is then matured in wooden barrels.
Ageing: 24 months on the lees in oak barrels.
Serving temperature: 12–15 °C.

Sparkling Rosé
Description:
Our Rosé sparkling wine is made from Merlot, extremely fresh, cherry-reddish in colour with fruity and bread crust aromas. It is made according to the classic method, medium-bodied and not too heavy. It belongs to the extra brut group, because of the residual sugar.
Variety: 100% Merlot
Vineyard: Log / Vipava Valley
Vinification process: After manual harvesting, the grapes are pressed and clarified. The primary controlled fermentation with yeasts begins in a stainless steel tank. The wine is then stabilised and prepared for secondary fermentation. The secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle based on the classic method. The Rosé sparkling wine is disgorged after 12 months.
Ageing: 12 months and more in the bottle on the lees.
Serving temperature: 5–7 °C.
